Find and enrich contacts (credits)
Decision-makers, email/phone unlocks, and when credits are used.
Find contacts runs a decision-maker search for the sponsor (free, up to 5 stored people per company) after company enrichment settles or is skipped. Email and phone unlocks use separate team monthly pools (500 each by default, counting distinct people per field) plus a lifetime ceiling of 5 enriched people per company across fields.
- After Enrich (recommended), choose Find contacts on the plan.
- Review the returned people and roles.
- Enrich email and/or phone on the contacts you intend to reach — that is when credits are typically consumed.
- Set outreach status on contacts as you work them, and add the plan to Pipeline to keep the opportunity organized.
- Zero results often mean the company has no resolvable domain or our contact sources have no strong match — try Enrich again or verify the legal name.
- Home and Settings show team email/phone capacity and a by-teammate usage board.
- The product tour uses demo data and does not spend real credits.
