Enrich a company
Pull firmographic context before hunting contacts.
Enrich company gathers firmographic detail for the plan sponsor (industry, web presence, and related context). It is free for your team. Find contacts becomes available after Enrich completes, fails definitively, or you choose Skip enrich.
- Open a plan from Matched, All Plans, or Map.
- In the drawer, choose Enrich company. If it cannot settle, choose Skip enrich to continue with a name-only contact search.
- Review the enrichment result. If no domain is found, contact search may fall back to a name-only lookup.
- Continue to Find contacts when you are ready.
Skipping enrichment enables a weaker name-only contact search. Domain-less sponsors are the most common reason Find contacts returns nobody.
